Anjuman-e-Taheri, Plano PR (Umoor Kharejiah) members got an opportunity to Meet the Mayor of McKinney – George C. Fuller and City Council Members.
They also had an opportunity to speak and introduce Anjuman-e-Taheri and brief details of the Masjid Project – square feet, capacity, completion projections, etc..
We were well received, and after the session they asked details about the project, were invited to a tour. Letters of appreciation for leadership, along with brochures detailing the Dawoodi Bohra Community of Collin County, and a small gift were given to the Mayor, Council Members, City Manager, and Department Directors.
